APX · Customer information
Privacy notice
Effective 8 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-08
The information APX uses to provide your account, subscription and intelligence tools.
Information we handle
- Account and security: your email address, password hash, account creation and verification details, sign-in and password-change timestamps, and protected session and account-action records.
- Subscription and billing: Stripe customer, checkout and subscription references, payment-related status, trial eligibility, renewal and cancellation dates, and founding-offer eligibility. Stripe collects payment details directly. APX does not store your full card number or card security code.
- Product use: choices, questions, scenarios and saved state used by the features you interact with, including account-scoped Engineer work. Browser storage remembers preferences, selections and recovery state.
- Support and operation: information you send us, account-support actions, security and service diagnostic information. Requests to APX and its service providers also involve network information, such as an IP address.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, manage access and subscriptions, deliver requested features, send account and billing messages, respond to support and privacy requests, investigate problems and misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and data sharing
We use DigitalOcean for hosting, Google Workspace and Gmail for account email, and Stripe for payments and billing. APX also uses OpenAI to generate parts of its intelligence and explanations from the relevant feature inputs and evidence. Avoid putting unnecessary personal or sensitive information into product questions.
Map tiles may load directly in your browser from OpenStreetMap. Those requests share the network information needed to deliver the map. Other websites you choose to open have their own privacy practices.
Providers may process information outside Singapore. Overseas processing must be handled with protections required by applicable data-protection law. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Cookies and browser storage
APX uses a secure sign-in cookie to maintain your session. Product features also use browser storage for preferences, selections and continuity. Stripe uses its own storage and security tools on checkout and billing pages. You can clear browser storage, but this may sign you out or reset preferences.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, secure accounts, resolve support and payment issues, or meet legal and business obligations. When those purposes no longer apply, information should be deleted or anonymised. Backups and records needed for billing, security or legal obligations may remain after an account closes.
APX uses access controls, protected account credentials and secure connections to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests and choices
Email support@apitwallexperience.com to request access to or correction of your information, ask about its use, withdraw consent, or request account deletion. We may verify your identity and explain any information we must retain or any limits that apply.
Some information is necessary to operate an account or paid subscription. Withdrawing permission for that use may mean we cannot continue providing the related service. We will explain the consequences when handling your request. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; use Account → Manage billing to stop renewal.
Updates
We may update this notice as APX develops. The version and date appear above. We will bring material changes to your attention.
